Install the Supportworks Client Application
When you install the Supportworks client program, you will be asked for the name of the Supportworks server. The server name you must provide is the name (or TCP/IP address) of the computer on which the Supportworks server application has been installed. This information has been detected for you, and is as follows:

The Supportworks client software should be installed on each support analyst's computer so that all analysts will have access to the helpdesk. For instructions on how to install the client, please refer to the Client Installation Guide.

install the application.

Check Out SelfService (click to login)
If you have installed the Supportworks client and have created at least one Web-enabled customer entry in the database, you can use the above link to see how SelfService would appear to that customer.
Check Out the Webclient (click to login)
You can use the above link to try out the Webclient. On the login page that appears you can use any valid analyst ID and password.
